The congress of the United States, and the president of the United States to make a law to prevent the discrimination of someone because of their weight. This law would cover discrimination in the workplace, discrimination by private entities and citizens, as well as the federal, state and local governments. It also protects individuals from being cancelled from their primary care physician for refusing to lose weight, and a doctor cannot comment weight for an unrelated condition, such as mental health, injuries, etc. The federal government also acknowledges by signing this into law, it cannot or any of its governing bodies cannot force students in the k-12 system what to eat. It cannot make federal guidelines on what foods kids can and cannot eat. That should be left up to the individual.
