It is a unspoken and spoken social contract/requirement that picture ID is required for all of the following:
1.). Applying for benefits and entitlements such as Social Security, Medicare/Medicaid.
2.) Purchasing & driving a car as well as insurance; boarding an airplane and train.
3.)Applying for a job, insurance, library card, renting and/or buying a home, opening utilities accts.
4.) Opening a bank acct., credit card, retirement acct,. writing a check
5.) Applying for a professional license, college admission,
6.) Purchasing firearms, liquor
7.) Working for a non-profit, donating blood
Added to this list should be the requirement of a picture ID for a citizen to vote. Our sacred freedom & duty should at require nothing less.
