Google operates a MONOPOLY for delivering Mobile Applications (Apps) to Android Phones. It should not be allowed to ban developers without clear rules and guidelines, communication processes, and in-depth review panels with explicit descriptions of all infractions.
Currently, Google provides murky information, uses computer software to judge apps, and only uses template emails.
There should also be specified TIME PERIODS for these bans. Google should never be allowed to Ban a Developer Indefinitely without stating a time-frame.
Delivering information to people is vital for a properly functioning democracy/society. Mobile Apps are a leading form of media. Google's ability to prevent media from travelling across its network must be kept IN-CHECK with modern laws and balanced regulations.
