Prevent grandparents of known domestic violence offenses from suing for grandparent visitation rights.

This petition is begging for relief for women and children that have escaped domestic violence, to protect their civil rights and liberties, to prevent the parents of their abusers from suing for and/or being permitted visitation of the children of whom have been victim and/or witness to acts of domestic violence.
