Prevent guns from being allowed in USPS parking lots.

SB 1486 contains a provision allowing people to have guns in their vehicles when entering US Postal Service parking lots. The stated reason is that it is legal to carry weapons as such in several states, so people should not be "accidentally" in violation of the law when they drive onto Federal property with guns in tow. However, the USPS has over 450,000 employees who apparently would also be allowed to keep guns in their cars (including many military and former military with PTSD.) Given the unfortunate history of several postal shootings in the 80's and at other times, it makes no sense to have a standing armory in the parking lot where people could grab a gun and shoot co-workers, customers or others if they became upset.
