Prevent health care insurance companies to profit unfairly

I believe that health insurers are controlling the health care pay system in unfair way. They increase the premium, increase the deduction, decrease the benefit,and also decrease the payment to health care providers. Also so many reasons for denial of payments make the consumers and the health care system miserable.
Also recent profit data from the health insurers are record high.
I believe someone need to watch them carefully otherwise the insurers are only gaining benefit from the health care reform.
