After the revelation in Iowa in which two Mexican nationals that were in the USA illegally were "shipped" back to Mexico while they were comatose and without their consent the issue arises that, while the hospital was not doing anything illegal itself, this is a process and a choice that should only be addressed by government, whether State or Federal.
