Prevent insurance companies from being able to dictate the course of a patient's treatment.

Created by A.G. on December 27, 2012

Health insurance policies are the only means in which many Americans are able to afford health care. The main concern of an Insurance company is profit, not patient care. health insurance companies are not health care providers. health insurance companies should have no say in the care, diagnostics, or treatment prescribed by doctors to their patients. The profit motives of health insurance companies are interfering with the proper health care of individual Americans. Currently insurance companies can pre-certify diagnostic imaging. Patients are denied potentially life altering and life saving early diagnosis due to the profit motives of these companies.
