Please create regulation to stop Internet Service Providers from charging customers based on amount of data consumed. Such charges amount to massive tolls for access to basic information and education for low and even average income families in an age where schools and life are increasingly going digital. Most families don't even have a choice of ISP due to Comcast and Time Warner cables' monopoly. Let's stop this while they're still experimenting with how much further they can degrade the American people, and let's start catching up to the rest of the world!
