ISPs are currently collaborating with the music and entertainment industry to try to restrict internet connectivity without due process. This petition is focused on preventing any filtering, crippling, or terminating of a persons internet connection because of "content violations" unless a court order has been obtained (excludes termination due to non-payment of services). A content violation is any suspected or know copyright violation or in-fringement.
