Kim Davis has defied Constitutional Law recognizing Same Sex marriage as legal. She will be profiting from her defiance with movie deals, books, public speaking endeavors, TV appearances, etc. Public Officials who are in defiance of Constitutional Law, or Federal Law, or State Law or County Law, or Local Law, should not profit from the actions they take during their elected tenure nor should the person profit from actions they've taken in their elected tenure after they leave office.
