Mr. Armstrong has proven himself to be a man of no character and seemingly no good qualities. His 'apology' has only come forth in a futile attempt to save his reputation, and it appears that he has no actual remorse for what he has done. He has lied, cheated, and stolen money from sponsors. He has ruined the reputations of many undeserving people. He lied to the courts under oath and the only reason he can feel comfortable coming clean now is because it has been 7 years and he can no longer be tried for perjury. If he complies with certain requirements of the Anti-Doping Agency his lifetime ban may be significantly reduced which will allow him once more to compete. We the signers of this petition request that he never again be allowed to compete due to the unlawfulness of his actions.
