Landlords are running free on a free housing market making it impossible for the public to find affordable housing.
Landlords are charging $1,500 ~ $2,500+ a month for a 10x12 SQFT bedroom only & small apt.
Many times without kitchen or living rm. Its just a bedroom 10x12 SQFT.
Public earning minimum wage between $8.25hr ~ $12hr
are finding it extremely hard to afford the demanded monthly cost to rent an apt.
Because the government are letting landlords abuse the system in the free housing estate market for dwellers.
Many people are finding themselves being forced to dwell with complete strangers & potentially be living with criminals they dont know.
Homeless ppl cant seem to help themselves because of this landlord abuse. Rent is too high.
Cost of living does not match cost of earning.
