Prevent legislation which would limit rights already guaranteed by the Bill of Rights and further Amendments.

I propose that the Administration initiates a push for a 28th Amendment to the Constitution that would reinforce the fact that the rights stated in the previous 27 Amendments are naturally those of a citizen and are not rights provided to us by the government and at the whim of the government. This seems to be a common sense, reasonable action that we can all agree to.
