prevent the mandated ultrasounds of women seeking abortions and prevent a state from defining 'personhood'.

Created by J.E. on February 16, 2012

On February 15, 2012, the lower house in Virginia passed a law decreeing that all women seeking abortions must be forcibly subjected to an invasive medical procedure known as a 'transvaginal ultrasound'. This invasive form of ultrasound serves purely as a vindictive and violent attack on women who have committed no crime; repeatedly victimizing victims of rape and incest.

The same house also passed a law defining conception as the start of human life, effectively making all women guilty of first-degree murder for attempting to bear children; and all men guilty of accessory to murder. The distinction forces police to investigate the death of single cells in a woman's body as if they were Manson-murder scenes.

Pro-life or Pro-choice, these bills are flagrent violations of human rights.
