Prevent manufacturing and other outsourcing for Gautemala

I do not know if electronic items in Gautemala are manufactured and setup locally or from outside. But I have heard audio multiple times requesting for manufacturing to companies. So all countries should request more than one onsite meeting with any company they are interacting with. They should check credentials of employees and owners before they accept any manyfacturing or any other outsourcing. From the audio, it appears that they do not reveal that they are from Gautemala. All Presidents and Prime Ministers should speak to all companies in their country. Kindly speak to the United Nations
