According to the second amendment to the constitution, the right of the people to keep Arms and protect themselves should not be infringed. Yet the ammo of the weapon can be restricted without disturbing people's right to protect themselves.
Suppose every gun owner is limited to have no more than 5 bullets, their ability of defending themselves will not be confined and the social safety will be improved.
So the government should do something to limit ammo of every gun owner.
