Jim Kuhn deserved to live just as much as Dick Cheney does. But for Bureaucratic red tape and a broken Medicare System, he would have. But by the time Kuhn's cardiologist, Dr Steven Borzak managed to work through the system to get its okay, and after being turned down by three hospitals, including the Government Trust's Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Mr Kuhn became too sick for the procedure. He was pronounced dead at 6:25 pm on August 14, 2012.
We, as citizens of the United State, cannot allow this sort of thing to happen. Please sign this petition and tell President Obama, the Congress of the United States and its lawmakers to enact Legislation to close this fatal loophole in the Medicare System.
