Prevent the members of the House of Representatives and the Senate from voting themselves a cost of living raise

Remove the cost of living increase to all members of the House of Representatives and Senate.
The members have voted themselves a cost of living raise while striking down down cost of living raise allowances for those on Social Security and members of the Military, past and present. This measure would make the members of Congress live by the same rules they force on the public which elected them and they in turn represent.
