We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Prevent Monopoly Coverage of the Olympics

Created by B.R. on August 16, 2016

The Olympics are an event that should not be monopolized by one television provider for coverage, and should be able to be covered by multiple entities to maximize accessibility to the American People.

These athletes are representing the American People, on the highest stage, but not all competitors can be viewed legally for free.

While it is important that the US Government does not interfere with media coverage, access to viewing the Olympics should be seen as an American right, and as such the US Government should ensure that monopoly coverage does not occur in the future.
