It is being reported that the Navy plans to bring criminal charges against Lt. Cmdr. Timothy White for using his personal weapon to fight off the shooter at the Naval center in Chattanooga Tn, on July 16 2015, as the facility is a "gun free zone". This would be an abhorrent miscarriage of justice on the military's part and cause nothing but morale degradation among all branches of the service, as well as the community this tragic shooting took place, and in the nation as whole. As a defender of the Obama Administration and fervent 2nd Amendment supporter, I implore the Obama Administration to cease any forthcoming charges, award Lt. Cmdr. White the Medal of Bravery, and order all military facilities to no longer be gun free zones, for the safety of our stateside servicemen.
