We are headed to the tipping point or the point of no return of global warming. As Benjamin Franklin said "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" WE pay now or pay much more in the future.
The EPA must prevent new coal power plants unless there is carbon sequestration of Carbon Dioxide. Do not delay.
