Prevent the NSA from unlawfully stealing our phone records

The Obama Administration and the NSA have recently been discovered to be collecting phone records on a daily basis from all Verizon (and likely other service providers) customers. The court order, obtained in secrecy, forces Verizon to give the metadata of all phone calls and text messages to the NSA. Attempts to retrieve your own metadata have been met with requirements for a court order, yet the NSA is allowed to have ours with a SECRET court order. The court order obtained is in direct violation of the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution, as it is unjust seizure of our information. This petition aims to prohibit the theft of our data and put rights back into the hands of America citizens.
