On September 7, 2016 the Assistant District Attorney Tanya Platt; refused to go forward with a criminal case against Tinea Simpson Young, Docket # 1602cr000940 which had been continued from April 15, 2016.

This case was based on threats, an attempt to assault; and violation of restraining order issued from Superior Court on February 12, 2016 Docket No. 1684CV00502.

The case re-examined by Judge Fiandaca; Roxbury Court who issued a summons assigned for September 13, 2016, changed by Tinea Simpson Young lawyer to September 16, and again changed to September 20, 2016.

The Assistant District Attorney; refused to provide new evidence; she intentionally disregarded and removed police report case number l162050987; given to her in hand by me, dated 06/27/2016 CAD incident # P16032597.
