Online Universities are telling incoming students that they will be receiving a degree in their chosen field to find out in the middle of the degree they were not signed up for that degree. For example, a student signs up to get a Bachelor's degree in Web Design and after two classes in finds out that they were placed in an Advanced Bachelor's degree for their Assocites degree in Programming. We as students read what we sign and what degree we are going for and for an online University to not advise the student that they are not in that degree but still taking money from the governement and we the students have to pay this money back for something we did not sign up for in the first place is wrong. The Universities should be paying the money back to the governement and not the students.
