Prevent or regulate people from developing land on area prone to natural disaster.

Created by F.P. on December 01, 2012

First Louisiana, recently New Jersey, 25 BILLION added to the deficit...these natural disasters are becoming a pattern. We should be pro-active and start to regulate land management offices and developers who build in sensitive areas (zones) like flood plains, river beds, volcano evacuation routes, forests prone to fire, coastal areas...

Federal disaster funds are paid and shared by all. States need to act responsibly in housing development.
