There have been 500+ police caused deaths in 2016 alone. These deaths have been targeted towards the African American community. These events have been fueled by nothing but cultural, social, and most importantly racial hatred. There has been a trend, in which a black citizen dies, and the white law enforcement official receives paid vacation as if he has done the community justice. He has harmed the community by planting the seed of racial hate within the fertile land which is the hearts of our youth. We, representing the minority which is wrongfully targeted, cannot allow such any longer. We come before you with heavy hearts and solumn faces praying that this shall be first priority in Legislature's eyes. We come pleading that there be harsh punishment against those who soiled our trust.
