Prevent political organizations from utilizing 501(c)(4) tax-exempt status.

Created by B.L. on May 15, 2013

Too many political organizations, of both parties, conceal their true motivations under the guise of a 501(c)4 tax exempt status, allowing groups to collect money from contributors without disclosing the source of those funds.

Transparency in government should START with our politicians, and the parties/organizations they represent, or are affiliated with.

Clarify the definition of "political activity" within 501(c)4, to insure that those organizations that qualify for this tax status are those that fit the spirit in which it was intended.
