If rapists had custody rights to their children, their kids might be raped too! And if the rapist is granted visitation rights, that could put the rape victim at greater risk of getting raped again. These innocent women and children cannot be put in jeopardy and rapists do not make good parents for something so evil! We cannot take such chances with rapists!
