In our profession, the acquisition of talented and gifted staff for the position of rehabilitating those with mental illness is, quite frankly, impossible. In our case, losing one of the cornerstone clinicians of our agency is simply too great of a challenge to fill. Please help us Mr. Obama, please sign an act, bill, or law to prevent Ms. Vanderschmidt from leaving our agency.
