There are over 3000 voting jurisdictions in the USA. Many use computers to count votes. No one can see a computer count, thus computers count in secret. Many have no verifiable audit system. This is antithetical to the American way.
We request a complete study demonstrating that secret vote counting is NOT acceptable. We demand a state by state report on voting systems with an acknowledgement of which are transparent and can be audited after the election, and which count ballots in secret.
Because of the threat to National Security we believe that proprietary and secret software, can not be used with voting systems and are unconstitutional. Therefore until such systems are corrected NO secrecy can be legally supported and the administration should issue a report to that effect.
