Prevent sequestration budget cuts by submiting the federal budget to a referendum

Created by E.T. on March 02, 2013

The sequestration budget cuts will bring us more unemployment, more difficulties, more poverty, and impede any hope of recovery, like many countries in Europe who have already cut their budgets.

This is why we demand that the federal budget shall be passed by a national referendum, since the People has right to care about the use of public money, and has right to decide what to do with.

This procedure has been already used in California with the Proposition 30, and it can be made in the entire country. By this way, the federal budget would be adopted and the cuts prevented. If Congress members cannot find an agreement, then the People must.
