It shall hereby be illegal to use words such as justice, patriot, or other words ment to prey on the uninformed and garner votes of people who do not understand what they are voting for. Any bills already using this naming scheme must be retroactively renamed to something that accurately described the effects. For example the "Patriot Act" would be renamed something more along the lines of the "Government Empowerment Act"
