The Common Core is supposed to protect our children's futures by making them more competitive in the job markets of the future. I do not believe these tests will help. Finland has a relatively low amount of standardized testing, compared to the United States, and they are the top rated education system in the world. We can no longer afford to continue to group kids with age. Rather then wasting money on the common core, we should group kids together based on ability rather then age.
