prevent state legislation from passing any law that would single out LGBT students, and not afford them equal treatment.

Created by K.L. on January 31, 2013

Prevent state legislation from passing any law that would single out LGBT students, and not afford them equal treatment as those of their hetrosexual classmates. For example, the "Don't say gay bill" proposed by Stacey Campfield R. Tennessee, will single out suspected LGBT students and forcefully out them to their parents, and classmates. Causing undue emotional, and possible physical harm. The proposed bill would condemn any discussion of same sex relationships while only allowing discussion of hetrosexual relationships. This legislation is an offense to civil rights and equality.
