every year retail workers are forced to work black Friday and past couple years this has started on thanksgiving itself or just after midnight if state doesn't allow opening on the holiday itself. mostly with 12 hour shifts without a decent nights sleep. we need to go back to making stores open at a decent hour for their employees instead of catering to fanatical crazed shoppers
