Antonin Scalia has proven time and time again that his position as a judge of the Supreme Court is not deserved, especially when it comes to matters regarding same-sex marriage. With his recent comments made at Princeton University; where he reiterated his comparison of homosexuality to bestiality, and suggested that practicing homosexual sex is as bad as murder, Justice Scalia has proven that he cannot complete his job in a manner befitting someone with his title.
I petition the United States government to prevent Antonin Scalia from participating in cases related to and regarding marriage equality, including those dealing with Proposition 8 and the "Defense of Marriage Act."
