Tamerlan Tsarnaev was a terrorist whose attack on the American people in Boston cost 3 innocent lives, and injured 260 people and was killed by gunshots and blunt force trauma of being run over by his brother who was fleeing the scene. He never became an American citizen, and his parents were back to southern Russia when Tamerlan met up with like minded Muslims and because an extremist. His own mother spoke to him of Jihad. Tamerlan Tsarnaev does not deserve to be buried on American soil, and should be prevented from being buried here.
