Prevent Teachers from Being Fired based on Seniority, and Rather to be Based on Performance.

Many teachers these days are being fired from their jobs mainly because of how long they have been at the school. I believe this is unfair and unjust because many students, like myself prefer younger teachers because they are easier to get along with and most are great teachers. Many teachers in my school got let go today because of their seniority and not their performance or likability by students. This will continue to happen and good teachers will continue to be fired unless we put a stop to this.
