Such barrier will not ultimately prevent people from committing suicide since determined suicidal people have many other ways to achieve their goal. But such barrier will ruin the appearance of the bridge, will take away from the view the visitors to the bridge enjoy and will also waste a lot of money.
Please prevent the use of the federal funds for any suicide barriers in the country.
