Injunctions filed with the NLRB by Wal-Mart Stores Inc. are unconstitutional. NLRB proctections for workers adopted in 1967 make strikes legal and constitutional in the public sectors. Healthy, collective bargaining is essential in protecting the rights of workers in the United States of America. Violations of the right to organize, strike and bargain with employers is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
