The European Union recently began research that will map out the Human Brain inorder to better help diagonse and treat brain diseases.

However, The findings and insights into this research could lead to intelligent weapons that would be impossible to outsmart. This petition would prevent the usuage of that research for weapon development.
It would also encourage (and hopefully create) The United States Human Brain Project which would rival and exceed its' European counterpart.
