Prevent Weight Discrimination in the Workplace

Created by E.P. on April 22, 2016

Workers who are heavier than average are payed a $1.25 less an hour than their thinner counter parts. Additionally, they are less likely to get jobs and a receive promotions regardless of their performance on the job. Weight discrimination in the work place is only protected in one state, five cities and D.C. Sign this petition so that "equal opportunity" can be extended to people of all sizes!
