Prevent Withholding of M-Rated games from minors.

The government allows stores to sell M-Rated video games to minors, however store owners still have the ability to withhold them from minors if it is in their self interest. Store owners should not be allowed to withhold these games from minors. Even though there ARE some people who are minors that cannot handle these types of games, there are minors who are not affected mentally or emotionally in any way by these games, thus the government should make a law preventing the withholding of M-Rated games from minors. The freedoms of minors should not be limited because a small group of them can't handle a little action and violence.
