Prevent the wrongly accused from being penalizes for a crime unless it can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

There is an injustice within the american justice system. Many people have served time in prison or have been executed for crimes that they did not commit do to lack of evidence or inappropriate procedures that were used or corruption with the organizations that were created to protect and serve the individuals of this great nation. A law should be created to prevent Individuals from experiencing the fate that individuals like Troy Davis, Frederick Daye, John Restivo, Bruce Godschalk and many others had experienced and to prevent illegal use of force from law enforcement. This law should penalize those individuals that are responsible for the wrongful incarcerations; if they are found to guilty of any wrong doing and should be prosecuted to the fullest extend of the law.
