PREVENTING WATER CRISIS: Convert existing Urinals to water-free urinals using fee waivers and fee reduction strategies.

Water is abused to an extreme in the United States. This petition is to encourage congress and the people of the United States of America to convert Urinals that use water to water-free technology. An average urinal uses half a gallon to a gallon of water per flush. If all urinals were water free millions of gallons of water could be saved each year.
