22nd Amendment states - "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more then twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President as President, for more then two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of President more then once."

Just by the very purposal Congressmen Jose Serrano's House Judiciary Res. 15 bill is in direct violation of the 22nd Amendment. Congressman Jose Serrano should be legelly reprimanded accordingly. We the people abide by the law and politicions are no exception. The Constition is law therefore any attempt in the future to infringe on the people's right's, we demand those person's have consequence's to face and new laws to be made to make them accountable.
