22nd Amendment section 1 states - "NO person shall be elected to the office of president more then twice, and NO person who has held office of President, or acted as President, for more then two years of term to which some other person was elected President shall be electected President more then once"
The very purposal of Congressmen Jose Serrano's "H.J. Res 15" bill is in direct violation of the 22nd amendment. Jose Serrano should be legally reprimanded accordingly. We the people abide by the law and politicons are no exception. The Constitution "Is Law" therefore any future attempt to change it shall be met the same "by Law". We the people demand those persons who threaton through violation; the Constitution have consequence's to face and new laws to be made to make those accountable.
