On the price tag of an item, put the price tag with the tax included. EX, instead of .99 + .03 tax. $1.02 on the tag

It is really frustrating for me to go to a store and lets say i have $20.00 spending limit, and I can't exactly tell how much mthe total price is going to be because of tax. They have this sustem in Europe, on the price tag if it says .99 cents when you purchase the item its gonna be .99 cents. Because in that .99 cents th3 tax is included.
