The Principal of each school at her discretion should be able to allow a few trained teachers/janitor to conceal carry.

The top administraton of each school knows who she/he can trust to help secure the safety of a school. Only people who have proper training an example is the Michigan Bill on the Governors desk is an example of the training. I believe the principal should decide who can secretly carry a firearm concealed in school for added protection. Many principals/top administrators may choose to have no teachers/janitor with a firearm on the property. Some principals may believe only one highly trained teacher has the mental stability and training to secretly carry a firearm. The copycat people wanting to kill them selves by going out in a blaze of killing can not be stopped by more gun laws.
